These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ankora, a productivity assistant operated by us. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
You may use Ankora for your own personal productivity purposes. You agree not to:
You need a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Ankora offers a free tier with a limited number of messages per day. Paid subscriptions (monthly or annual) unlock unlimited messages. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the app's Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
You own the tasks, lists, and other content you create in Ankora. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you. We do not sell your content.
Ankora uses AI to generate responses. These responses are for informational and productivity purposes only and do not constitute professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for decisions you make based on Ankora's suggestions.
We aim to keep Ankora available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We'll give reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.
Ankora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $10, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms. We'll update the effective date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or an in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
